This document is an offer by the owner of the INFINITY project (the "Provider", "we") to conclude a paid services agreement on the terms below. It is addressed to a person of legal capacity aged 18 or older who received an invitation from an active member (the "Member", "you"). The service is available at infinityart.st ("INFINITY", the "Service").
1. What to know before paying
- You pay for access to services for a period and for tokens for AI Studio. The plan composition (services and the number of days for each, starting Points and tokens) is published on the plans page and shown before payment.
- Points are an internal unit of account of the Member's turnover. They are not money, an electronic means of payment or a security, are not exchangeable for money and cannot be withdrawn, except as partner programme rewards under its rules.
- Tokens are the unit of account for generations in AI Studio. A transfer of tokens to AI Studio is confirmed by you and is irreversible.
- The payment system fee is shown before payment and added to the price.
- Refunds cover services not rendered, under the Refund Policy.

2. Definitions
Service — a section or feature of the Service (course, generator, chats, partner programme and others) to which access is opened for a paid period in days.
Plan — a set of services with a number of days for each, starting Points and tokens, at a fixed price. Extension — payment for additional days of a chosen service.
AI Studio — a third-party generation service with which the Provider has an agreement; tokens transferred to AI Studio are spent under its rules.
Partner programme — the procedure for rewarding invited Members, published in the "Partners" section of the cabinet. Participation is voluntary.
3. Subject
The Provider grants access to the Service's services for the paid period and credits tokens and Points included in the plan; the Member pays for this. A service is deemed rendered continuously throughout the access period; a generation in AI Studio is deemed rendered when its result is issued.
4. Registration and acceptance
Registration is by invitation only: via a referral link or the inviter's login. Acceptance consists of the consent mark at registration and payment for a plan. The offer version and consent date are stored in the account. One person, one account.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in roubles on the plans page and apply at the moment of payment. Payments go through the connected payment systems; the Provider does not receive or store card details. The system fee is shown before payment. Access and credits appear once the system confirms the payment, exactly once; a repeated notification of the same payment adds nothing. The access period starts at crediting; an extension adds days to the current period.
6. Points and tokens
Points are credited with a plan purchase and are used to activate partner programme marketings and to exchange for tokens at the published rate. Tokens are used for generations in AI Studio and are transferred there in whole units upon your confirmation; transferred tokens are non-refundable. A token validity period, where set, is shown on the balance.
7. Content restrictions
The Service prohibits sexualisation of minors, pornography, incitement to violence and crime, hate speech, degrading depictions of real people without consent, infringement of third-party rights, malicious code and any income promises. Publications pass a filter and manual moderation; violations lead to removal and restricted access under the Project Rules.
8. Rights to materials
Results you create during the course belong to you within applicable law and AI Studio's terms. By publishing a work or a review you allow the Provider to display it on the Service and site pages until unpublished. The Service's course materials belong to the Provider and are for personal study only.
9. Refunds
The procedure is in the Refund Policy, which forms part of the offer. In short: services not rendered (unused access days and unspent tokens) are refunded; tokens transferred to AI Studio and partner programme rewards are not.
10. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Provider does not warrant uninterrupted operation, availability of particular AI Studio models or any learning outcome. The Provider's liability is limited to the cost of services over the last three months. Statutory consumer rights are preserved.
11. Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. For payment, the payment system receives the amount and the data needed for the payment as an independent controller.
12. Term and changes
The offer applies indefinitely. A new version is published on this page at least 10 days before it takes effect; changes to prices and plan composition are announced in the cabinet. Paid orders are governed by the version accepted at payment.
13. Governing law
The law of the Russian Federation applies. Claims are sent through the cabinet's Support section, response within 10 days; a dispute not resolved by negotiation is heard by the court at the Provider's location unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
